800F0900 error

I need some help regarding this problem. I cannot download any windows update because of stated error. I have tried everything to fix it such as the readiness tool and fix it. Attached below is the CBS log.

Hi,

Can I have your whole CBS folder please:

Export CBS folder

Click the Start button :startorb: then click Computer.
Double-click on the C: drive, under the Hard Disk Drives category, and then scroll down to, and double click on the Windows folder.
Find and double click on the Logs folder.
Right-click on the CBS folder, and select Copy.
Go back to your Desktop, right-click on it, and select Paste. You should now see a copy of the CBS folder appear on your Desktop called CBS.
Right-click on this new folder, and navigate through Send to, and select Compressed (zipped) folder.
A new file, also called CBS (CBS.zip), but this time with a different icon, will be created.
Attach this new file to your next post.

Hi,

Can you please run SURT once more, and be sure let it complete. It may take some time to run - over 2 hours in some cases. SURT has performed some repairs of various things, and I want it run once more to see if the fixes have worked and any errors remain. I also think you hold the record for one of the longest SURT logs at over 138,000

I have done installing the SURT. I tried to use sfc command and run windows update afterwards. But still the problem persist. I attached here the updated CBS folder.

Now, this is a lot easier to fix than the errors that were showing earlier in the log. However, as part of my work, I always try to work out the root cause behind such corruptions as these. Unfortunately, the style of corruptions shown here do point to a potential hardware issue, specifically RAM. Before I fix the errors, I would like to run a hardware test.
