When I run System Update Readiness Tool(SURT), I look in the CheckSUR.log and see I am missing at least one "CSI Missing Deployment Key" and "CSI C Mark Deployment Not Marked." I have: 1. Deleted the Software Distribution Folder (SFC/Scannow comes back with no found issues) 2. Manually downloaded the KB4474419.msu from the Microsoft Catalog 3. Extracted the .cat and .mum file from KB4474419.msu and replaced in C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSUR\servicing\packages The computer runs fine besides unable to install this update. Attached are the logs from SURT (checkSUR.log) and SFCFix (SFCFix.txt). Thank you SO much for your time and expertise. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help! When it says Finished successfully, click the Close button. This will bring you back to the main screen of the program. You will see one entry in this list with the date that you did it. Right-click on this line-item and select Explore Backup... This will bring you into the folder where the backup was made. You should see a Users folder and a Windows folder along with a couple other files. Double-click on the Windows folder to open it. Then open the System32 folder and then config folder. You should see around 6 files in here, one of which is named COMPONENTS. Copy the COMPONENTS file to your Desktop. If the COMPONENTS file does not exist, please fetch it instead from C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS. Now right-click on the COMPONENTS file that is on your desktop and select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder. Then please upload the zip file (COMPONENTS.zip) to your favourite file sharing website (it will be too big to upload here). So then I attempted to install KB4474419 and it finally installed!! (Truly appreciate all your help and time; donated to the site) Attached is the SFCFix.txt and CheckSur.log. I am now attempting to upgrade my computer form Windows7 to Windows10 using the Microsoft MediaCreationTool21H2.exe but keep getting error 0x80072F8F - 0x20000. Do either of the logs indicate any remaining issues with my Windows7? The Windows Update manager shows no further updates needed.
