Test drive without these software for 3 days or 1 week or more (depends upon the frequency of the freezing problems). Software can be reinstalled after testing for freezes / hangs. The Sysnative log collector collected Msinfo32 but it was not able to be opened. The TF script should have already been used during the TF thread (the old thread was not yet checked). It's a trial and error step to see if it can collect Msinfo32 so that it can be opened in the usual NFO format. Maybe something may appear when the OP post results for post #63 step #6.

Yesterday it happend when using 'soulseek' Soulseek I remember also freezing when uploading photos, but that was before I followed the latest instructions. I should try that again.
