I recently discovered that I had 19 corrupt system files after running SFC /scannow. I could not diagnose the cause of the problem beyond the fact that my USB 3:00 Root Hub drivers had crashed and become disabled.
I fixed the USB Hub problem. I downloaded and ran SURT. The installation of SURT completed successfully. After installing this update and running SFC and SFCFix again I now had 5 corrupt system files. Those five system files remain corrupt after running SFC /scannow and SFCFix several times. The SFCFix file is below & the CBS.log is attached.

SFCFix has fixed all errors. SFC /scannow still reports errors. I will attach the CBSLog. This might be a totally different problem though. The original problem is solved.

I ran sfc /scannow and there are no longer any integrity violations. The issue has been resolved. I have included the contents of the SFCFix.txt file below.
