I could not diagnose the cause of the problem beyond the fact that my USB 3:00 Root Hub drivers had crashed and become disabled. I fixed the USB Hub problem. I downloaded and ran SURT. The installation of SURT completed successfully. After installing this update and running SFC and SFCFix again I now had 5 corrupt system files. Those five system files remain corrupt after running SFC /scannow and SFCFix several times. The SFCFix file is below & the CBS.log is attached.
