Ok, now all of a sudden there are 116 updates, I've been waiting for about 5 minutes and It hasn't even downloaded 1Kb. what do i do?

Hello, I've been trying to download the windows updates through the program of the same name, and every time, the error found is: Code 800703F1 "windows update ran into a problem" I've been trying to update for months now :banghead:. is there any fix for this?
