Cannot load Yahoo.com on any of 3 browser, but CAN on other device

I don't know how to explain this. But. It's working now. All three browsers are loading both Yahoo.com and Yahoo mail just fine. I checked it hours later and all three were still working. I will let you know if anything changes. Thank you all for your support.

Cannot load Yahoo.com on any of 3 browser, but CAN on other device

Broken again today. Firefox will not bring up Yahoo email or the Yahoo.com page. Just times out. Same with SlimJet. Nothing. Same iwth IE11. Hate to do a System Restore, but it may be necessary. Ideas?
