SFC fail on Windows Defender files
Windows 10 with all updates. v1903

  1. Ran sfc /scannow and found no corruption.
  2. Tried and failed to image the HDD with Macrium Reflect, with error 9. Then used EaseUS Todo to image hdd.
  3. I later restored the Windows 10 partition from image made with EaseUS Todo. Did few hours of work on it.
  4. Ran sfc /Scannow which "found corrupt files but was unable to fix some" It only listed problems with Windows Defender files.
  5. Then ran SfcFix again, and once again got, "SFCFix Has Crashed. Something has gone horribly wrong and SFCFix has crashed. Would you like SFCFix to submit a crash report" YES

Next day or two, ran Win updates with no problems, including update for Windows Defender files. Ran the same as above and got same results.
Attached are the latest cbs.zip folder including the empty SFCFix.txt file. Also included the cbs.log file with FIND "[SR]" line items.
