SFC and DISM Errors on Surface / Windows 10

Having to restore previous Restore Point because of Critical Error on Surface Pro. SFC and DISM report errors in attempt to remove potential causes. SFCFix fails in DISM phase. Attached is CBS logs. Thanks for any assistance.

[SOLVED] Multiple SFC / DISM Cycles Fail to Fix

Have run multiple SFC / DISM Cycles on Windows 10 that fail to fix errors DISM fix cannot find files on mounted Win10_1511_1_English_x64.iso SFCFix.exe run. CBS.zip uploaded. Any help would be appreciated.
