[SOLVED] Multiple SFC / DISM Cycles Fail to Fix

Have run multiple SFC / DISM Cycles on Windows 10 that fail to fix errors
DISM fix cannot find files on mounted Win10_1511_1_English_x64.iso

SFCFix.exe run.
CBS.zip uploaded.

Any help would be appreciated.
