Do these Tcp global parameters have anything to do with my dcp latency?

I'm using wireless and even though there is a wall between me and the router it is probably at max 4 feet away. I was told here before that the latency was because of my wireless adapter. And I have never ever known about these settings before and just stumbled upon a forum post on google...

That didn't work either :/. I still get the thing saying windows has determined the driver software for you device is up to date. Even though it has the 10.0.0.251 driver. Not the 298.

Not quite sure when it is...

I am not sure if it is still dcp latency or not.. I definitely still have dpc latency though.. I'm playing a game that even this laptop should easily be able to run and the "lag" doesn't seem like lag that would happen on a game the computer doesn't handle well. The fps is fine and it's smooth...

That obviously improved things :D. Still happens a bit and seems to be because of hard page faults.

Yes. I was looking it up on google and found on another forum saying not to run process explorer or latencymon while wpa collects data. I didn't know at the time but I did run them. Not sure if that is the problem :/

Okay so when I went to do xperf -stop -d C:\CPU.etl I got xperf: error: NT Kernel Logger: The instance name passed was not recognized as valid by a WMI data provider. (0x1069).
