Suddenly can't access any network SMB drives

Ok so I always \\servername\foldername Now it has suddenly decided it won't let me get to any of them. I get this error message I have disabled/enabled All SMB in windows features and Powershell I can ping all network directories. The only thing that has changed is I uninstalled 32bit...

Cannot roll back Office 365 versions

I have also tried the other method... cd %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRunofficec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.xxxxx.xxxxx This just does absolutely nothing

Cannot roll back Office 365 versions

So we have many users now who cannot use some of our software as their office 365 version has updated. I have tried everything to try and roll back my version as it's updated the same as theirs (full admin rights) and it just refuses. I have use the ODT with the config file and get the same...

Bizarre problem

I think it's gonna be power cycling the switches, it's just finding a good time to do it! will have to be out of hours. Thanks

Hard to say, as my machine is unaffected, so not everyone. Have tried all options in that article and still the ONLY thing that works is swapping to a different port in the switch. Mind blown.

That isn't the issue. When we had some fuse changed something happened A PC connected to a port, then the patch panel to the switch. At the point of the issue, nobody can use their existing port - once you swap any user to any other port - it's fine....bar a few. Once you put any user back in...

Bizarre problem

Morning, So we had an electrician change a fuse yesterday and it dropped a lot of our servers off the network briefly... That all sorted but we have an odd problem with about 60% of users in the building.....none of them could get back on the domain. We have switches and each network cable...

Hi, been racking my brain trying intsall SMB1/CIFS server side on our Win 2019 server. The CBS.log keeps referencing KB5001342 package 4619. I can see it listed in C:\Windows\System32\Catroot Still whenever I try and install that feature it keeps returning the same error. SFC comes back...
