I'm using a Surface Pro running Win10. Recently, my Local (Local by Flywheel) program updated to v5.0.6. Since then, I cannot open the program. I've reloaded it, reverted to a previous version, all with no luck. It installs, but won't open. Maybe coincidentally, Skype also won't open. I click on...

Nothing. I click on the link or the .exe. I get a momentary Windows "i'm working" icon, then nothing happens.

Skype won't run. Neither will the Local by Flywheel program. Have not yet noticed other problems
