[SOLVED] sfc showed errors it could not fix, DISM completed successfully, sfcfix crashed

Some background: I'm using a Surface Pro running Win10. Recently, my Local (Local by Flywheel) program updated to v5.0.6. Since then, I cannot open the program. I've reloaded it, reverted to a previous version, all with no luck. It installs, but won't open. Maybe coincidentally, Skype also won't open. I ran sfc which showed errors it could not fix. I ran DISM successfully, and then ran sfcfix, which crashed. I let the program send you crash details. Here are the CBS log files.

SFC Scan


  1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

    sfc /scannow

    Wait for this to finish before you continue

    copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  4. This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.

The cbs log file is included in the cbs.zip I uploaded in the original post.

Thanks. I should have realized. sfc report and new log below.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

SFCfix still crashes.

Skype won't run. Neither will the Local by Flywheel program. Have not yet noticed other problems
 
Nothing. I click on the link or the .exe. I get a momentary Windows "i'm working" icon, then nothing happens.
