The installation still fails. Do you think this single update is the culprit? Is there a way to uninstall it even though it's corrupt? I can try anything you suggest in safe mode as well. I do have physical access to the machine. What type of affects can the below commands have on the system...

All of the logs have been attached. Another interesting thing that happened is that I restarted the machine after the install failed failed, Ran the installer again, and the installer displayed that IE 11 installed successfully. Restarted the machine as it says to do after installing IE 11...

Our updates are managed a bit differently in our environment. Would you like me to attempt to upgrade from IE 9 to IE 11 again, or is there a specific set of updates you were wanting me to install first? Thank you again for all of your help.
