I am currently working in IT as a part of a Desktop Support Team. I have a degree in Network Engineering with a concentration in Network Security mainly geared toward Cisco hardware and software. I currently hold the following certifications: A+, Network+, and Security+. I am also currently pursuing my CCNA. I gained an interest in computer and information science when I was 6 or 7. I remember those days of Windows 98 vaguely but that's where it started, alongside the watching of the movie Hackers of course..... Enough of my history, I am here because I would like to expand my knowledge when it comes to troubleshooting certain aspects of windows which includes but is not limited to BSOD incidents and update issues which may prevent windows from functioning as it should. I have posted in the Windows Update section of the forum and will continue to work this issue to expand my knowledge. I will browse through this forum a bit more to see if I can learn and return the favor for you all assisting me. Thank you all.
