Windows DISM, SFC all not working - Pls Need help

When I tried bootrec /rebuildbcd it searches for Windows and says 0 found? Even though I'm on the Windows drive?

Anyone use DISM++? GUI Help needed

This software was in development over the years but has seem to stop in 2019. It works well, but very little instructions on some particular options. I'm trying to figure out what these options do in regards to restoring my WIM image to my SSD drive. Anyone familiar with this? Please check photo.

Windows DISM, SFC all not working - Pls Need help

I call it a BSOR of recovery, it's a softer version. Anyhow, I have tried the startup repairs (no joy) and checked the health of SSD all seems good. I saw another Admin use a SFC Fix program for another user but the Zip didn't have the program inside the Zip file?

Yes I unplugged my external drive and set the BIOS to boot from main SSD. I tried many times, it starts to boot and the BSOD Recovery mode starts.

I ran the bcdboot C:\Windows /s W: /f UEFI command The only difference I see is mine says "EFI" not System and Info is labeled "Hidden" not system.

Thanks for your reply. I was working with a tech to rebuilt the boot and recovery partitions but the Windows part still seems defective.
