[SOLVED] SFC Corrupted files found it could not fix

You need to post a new thread the the experts will help you resolve your SFC problems. I just went to their listed thread and ran the file that was posted for my corruction and it worked for me. Sorry I'm not the expert...

[SOLVED] SFC Corrupted files found it could not fix

I reinstalled Windows 8 and immediately upgrades to 8.1. Did all my windows updates and reinstalled all my software. Today I ran SFC and got could not fix all corrupted files again. Can you send me a SFCFix.zip Please. Thank you.

Perflib and Perfnet errors in event viewer

The errors are in the Event Viewer, but I do have others in the Maintenance area of the Action center. I will download the Utility you linked and see what I can figure out with it. Thanks

Your are right and I should be enjoying Windows 8.1. My background is a Windows desktop tech and now I am retired, so I have lots of time to examine what is in the event viewer as "Errors and some Warnings" The ones listed are Errors that were carried over from 8.0 and all I am trying to do is...

How do I fix LiveComm.exe ?

I have no idea what I did but now instead of getting a ERROR I started to get Warnings. Now I get only one of those each time I boot. I have fixed all my DCOM errors and once you know they are permission issues with the DCOM APID and CLID and how to take out the Trusted installer as the owner...
