sfcfix fails

was trying to repair packages resparse ponts for a few months, and as long as it was still working i let it be. sfc found no corrupt files. i started having trouble with windows defender and kept trying fixes for it. finally (and i'm not sure what i did) the windows defender app was "repaired"...

CBS & SFC total detected corruption count

My Mail and Calendar App does not synchronize and has no e-mails. (I think my Windows is 11 and a 22H2?) It was suggested that problems of corruption can cause failure in this app. Does this solve anything?
