Sorry about that, it was my mistake. The link to SFCFix.exe did not work on your first post so I picked it up from one of your other threads. Please excuse my ignorance.
(I am really impressed with your knowledge and skill, I was out of my depth at day 1)
Please don't use another SFCFix.zip file from another post, each fix is made for a particular issue. Everyone I make is unique for the particular corruption, using the wrong script can cause some major issues. In your case its alright as we just replaced a file with the same file :).
The results from this one look a lot better lets see how SFC is going now. First please re-run
SURT once SURT has finished please continue:
SFC /SCANNOW
- Click on the button. Inside the search box type in CMD
- Right click on CMD => Choose Run as Administrator
- Inside the Command Prompt windows copy and paste the following command SFC /SCANNOW
- Please wait for this to Finish before continuing with the rest of the steps.
Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt
- Click on the button => Inside the search box copy and paste the following command:

cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
- Press Enter
- Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Please upload CBS.txt to this thread
