How did the system restoring your computer did not help were you able to restore your computer to a date when it was working without BSoD error?
There is option to select more system restore points if there is more than one system restore points try them out.

You can use Replace command this command did not work before because you use the Replace command from Safe Mode.
Boot your computer into Windows Recovery Environment and execute bellow command:

Replace F:\Windows\System32\Config\RegBack\* F:\Windows\System32\Config
Make sure to replace
F: drive letter with Windows 7 partition drive letter.
