I had to interrupt the script with <CTRL-C> because it appeared to hang (I waited about 10 minutes for it to complete). This is the same thing that happened in my post #1. Here's the SCFFix.txt contents:
SFCFix version 3.0.1.0 by niemiro.

Attached are screen shots of the interrupted SCFFix output. I've also attached the zipped DISM.log and CBS.log files should you need them.
FYI, I noticed previously, and this time, that the CBS file contained the following:
2018-12-24 23:42:43, Info CBS (p) CBS Catalog Missing
Package_for_KB4457146~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.0
2018-12-24 23:42:43, Info CBS Repair failed: Missing replacement mum/cat pair.
Yesterday I expanded the stand-alone installer package downloaded from the Microsoft catalog site:
windows10.0-kb4457146-x64_8aff4c5fd18be7fb63f2700333c1a9c8961c8ade.msu
It contains:
package_1_for_kb4457146~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.0 cat and mum files and
package_2_for_kb4457146~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.0 cat and mum files, among others, but it does not have the package_for_kb4457146~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.0 file that CBS is looking for.
HTH,
Tom
