A alistair Member Joined Apr 10, 2018 Posts 22 Location Bristol UK Apr 10, 2018 #1 I have for some time had problems trying to install the odd software program the most recent is Google Earth which installs but then wont run, it comes up with a initialising message but then nothing happens. Please provide the file CBS.log: Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter. Code: copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt" This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post. Note: if the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Filedropper or One Drive or SendSpace and just provide the download link.
