    [7HomePre x86, NO SP1] Can't update to SP1 due to SURT errors

Machine refuses to install SP1. When I tried to install it said it was successful with 0x0 code but never shows SP1 as being installed and updates not working.

I have also tried an in place upgrade which fails asking that SP1 is installed so I can't continue. Should my anti virus (Norton) be disabled during any process?

I have run the SFC scans and fixes which managed to resolve a few errors but I'm consistently left now with the attached SURT errors. Any help would greatly appreciated.

    Retrieve Components Hive
    1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
    2. Please copy this file to your desktop.
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
    3. Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
    4. The file will likely be too large to upload here so please upload toa file sharing service and just provide the link here.
