As the SFCFix.txt contents are rather long I have attached it below for you to analyse.
As requested I then ran all 3 DISM variants: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and all 3 gave Error 193 as below:-

One thing I have noticed (although I don't know whether it's significant or not) is that Windows is listed as Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.16299.125] whist the Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool is listed as Version: 10.0.16299.15.
I'm not sure if they should both be the same version number or not for it to run properly?
