    [7HomePre x64] Can't Update to Win 10

I have tried many times to update to Win 10 FROM Win 7 Home Premium X64 . I get as far as 85% and it says that it is about to reboot the machine and then fails. Removed all 3rd party (AVAST) antivirus protection.

    Here is what I tried.

    1. Followed recommended troubleshooting and got "Windows Resource Protection and did not find any violations
    2. Setupact shows :

2017-12-18 16:06:01, Info UI Launching ConX setup experience
2017-12-18 16:06:01, Info UI Inspecting ConX Setup Cmdline
    2017-12-18 16:06:01, Info UI Launching C:\ESD\Windows\Sources\SetupPrep.exe /ConfigFile C:\Users\Jack\AppData\Local\Temp\UpdateMedia\SetupConfig.ini /CorrelationVector GlUEOZ9ZLEGMRno0.11.3
AudMig: No audio endpoint migration settings found 0x2

    3. I have uploaded the CBS file to a hosting service and will provide the link
    4. Also got a Window from Windows troubleshooter (attached).

    Thanks in advance,
    Jack
