[SOLVED] [7HomePre x64] Can't Update to Win 10

I have tried many times to update to Win 10 FROM Win 7 Home Premium X64 . I get as far as 85% and it says that it is about to reboot the machine and then fails. Removed all 3rd party (AVAST) antivirus protection.

Here is what I tried.

1. Followed recommended troubleshooting and got "Windows Resource Protection and did not find any violations
2. Setupact shows :

Hello and welcome to Sysnative!

Please run System Update Readiness Tool. Once that is done, upload your whole CBS folder as well as C:\Windows.~bt\Sources\Panther\SetupAct.log and SetupErr.log
