Then I found I can't open my office 2013. I have tried a lot of methods and turns out a final error message with code 1402 which is about a registry key and I have found this registry key does not exist. I also tried Office 365 and then the error message is 30102-11(1603). I am advised that this may because my system problem. I have did a sfc commend but I have no experience about it. There are a long list in the CBS.log file and seems some corrupted file can not be fixed. I also tried using win7 DVD to repair but it also shows problem which maybe because my system is an OEM since this is an laptop from university. I just hope my problem is could be fixed as soon as possible and I could use Office again. I have a lot of work to do during summer. I have attached CBS.log file also. WARNING! The following fix is specific to the user's system in this thread only. No one else should follow these instructions, as it could damage your system. If you need assistance with an issue, please start a new thread and someone will assist you shortly. Download SFCFix and move the executable to your desktop. Download the file SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop. Save any work you have open, and close all programs. Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it. SFCFix will launch, let it complete. Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt. Open the file, then copy and paste its content in your next reply.
