Hi,
Previously I have some BSOD problem so I did an update of the BIOS and a system clean using some tools. Then I found I can't open my office 2013. I have tried a lot of methods and turns out a final error message with code 1402 which is about a registry key and I have found this registry key does not exist. I also tried Office 365 and then the error message is 30102-11(1603). I am advised that this may because my system problem. I have did a sfc commend but I have no experience about it. There are a long list in the CBS.log file and seems some corrupted file can not be fixed. I also tried using win7 DVD to repair but it also shows problem which maybe because my system is an OEM since this is an laptop from university. I just hope my problem is could be fixed as soon as possible and I could use Office again. I have a lot of work to do during summer. I have attached CBS.log file also.

Dear Peter,

Thanks for your reply. However, it was too long since I posted this problem. I have already reinstall a new system. But thanks anyway!
