SFC /scannow fails.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Looks like a directory is missing. Let's see if SFCFix will recreate it automatically.

Run SFCFix

First download and run a copy of the tool from https://www.sysnative.com/forums/downloads/sfcfix/.
Work through any on-screen prompts and then await completion (runtime is approximately 15 minutes).
Once it has finished copy (Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C) and paste (Ctrl-V) the entire logfile into your reply.
