C:\Windows\system32>sfc/scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 44% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

I've attached the file here, perhaps someone can check? Thank you!

Hi there valleriani

Code:
2017-01-30 13:41:27, Error                 CSI    00002716 (F) STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND #10891554# from Windows::Rtl::SystemImplementation::CDirectory_IRtlDirectoryTearoff::OpenExistingDirectory(flags = 0, da = (SYNCHRONIZE), oa = @0x4425dfc040->SIL_OBJECT_ATTRIBUTES {s:40; on:"amd64_microsoft-windows-photo-printing-wizard_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.14393.0_none_825d3bc6f3c4714b"; a:(OBJ_CASE_INSENSITIVE)}, sa = (FILE_SHARE_READ|FILE_SHARE_WRITE|FILE_SHARE_DELETE), oo = (FILE_DIRECTORY_FILE|FILE_SYNCHRONOUS_IO_NONALERT|FILE_OPEN_FOR_BACKUP_INTENT), dir = NULL, disp = Invalid)

Looks like a directory is missing. Let's see if SFCFix will recreate it automatically.

Run SFCFix

  1. First download and run a copy of the tool from https://www.sysnative.com/forums/downloads/sfcfix/.
  2. Work through any on-screen prompts and then await completion (runtime is approximately 15 minutes).
  3. Once it has finished copy (Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C) and paste (Ctrl-V) the entire logfile into your reply.
