C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log Click to expand... Sorry but updates failed so here's the files you requested. CBS.log - Google Drive WindowsUpdate.log - Google Drive Can I request a little priority on this issue as I'm going away this weekend for 10 days so won't be able to access my pc during that time. Thanks for the consideration.

I always try to reply to threads as fast as I can (in the last 3 days I was busy with a project so I didn't have time). I'll try to reply as fast as I can, but most of the time I don't have the resources necessary at work to create fixes (since I don't have access to my VMs). Even if you go away for 10 days, I'll still be there when you comeback :) Follow the instructions in the link below. https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/kb/948252 Basically, click on the "Download" button and run the Fix-it that will be downloaded. Once done, restart the computer (if it hasn't restarted after running the Fix-it) and try to install the updates again. If it fails, upload a new set of CBS.log and WindowsUpdate.log for me.

Aura Sysnative Staff, Security Analyst Staff member Joined Mar 16, 2015 Posts 8,061 Oct 26, 2016 #51 Yes, if you upgrade to Windows 10, a whole new system is installed, so it'll solve all your current Windows Update issues.
