But I'm quite certain it's not the theme (it's the basic Windows theme, I did not change it). Avast prompted to restart computer to apply update, so I did, and afterward, the icon looks normal again... i also clicked the flag icon next to it, Windows reported 3 problems with video display hardware and could not fix... not sure if they are related; or, maybe it just need a restart.
