I've had an audio issue for the last week or so. There's audio clicks and pops, my mouse lags, and even a keyboard problem. The last two don't seem to be a universal problem people have, but they only ever happen when the audio issues happen, so there's gotta be a connection.
I've also tried numerous solutions, but they never seem to get rid of it!
They always
appear to work for maybe 2 days tops, but then the issues come right back again out of the blue.
I've been using LatencyMon so I'm almost 100% positive that it's a DPC latency problem.
System Manufacturer? Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.
Laptop or Desktop? Laptop.
Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom). All I could find on the bottom was "MS-16JB."
OS? Windows 10.
x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit)? 64bit
Service pack? Couldn't find anything having to do with a service pack.
What was original installed OS on system? Windows 10.
Age of system? (hardware) I've only had it since a little before Christmas of last year, so probably around six months?
RAM (brand, EXACT model, what slots are you using?) I'm assuming this info is super important, but I don't know how to find the first two bits. Task Manager says I'm using both of 2 of 2 slots though, if that's any help.
Video Card. How exactly do I check this? DirectX Diagnostic Tool shows both Intel(R) HD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060.
Couldn't answer all the questions, since I wasn't sure about everything. If you still need more, I'm probably gonna need instructions on how to find it.
(I'm not experienced with computers, so I hope that's okay.)

Lastly...
When I tried to generate a trace with the "xperf" command, this happened:
If you know how to help me generate a trace without that happening, that's the only way I can think of getting the trace file.
(I don't know if I did something wrong, but I tried to follow along with the instructions as best I could.)
Otherwise, the other two files are attached.

I hope the information I've given is enough to get this problem solved.
Like I said, I've only had this laptop for 6 months, and I've had so many laptop issues in the past that it's driven me crazy trying to fix this. Some help would be VERY appreciated.
