I have a Dell XPS 15 9550, I've tried reinstalling all the drivers from Dell's website and updating the BIOS but the stutters are still there, any help would be appreciated. System Manufacturer? Dell Laptop or Desktop? Laptop Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) XPS 15 9550 (i7, FHD) OS ? (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista) Windows 10 x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit)? x64 Service pack? Build 16299 What was original installed OS on system? Windows 10 Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Windows 10 Education, full retail I guess Age of system? (hardware) 1 year and a half Age of OS installation? 7 months Have you re-installed the OS? Yes CPU: i7 6700HQ RAM (brand, EXACT model, what slots are you using?) SK Hynix, HMA41GS6AFR8N-TF, 2 slots out of 2 Video Card: integrated HD 530, dedicated GTX 960M MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) NA Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one) NA Is driver verifier enabled or disabled? Disabled What security software are you using? (Firewall, antivirus, antimalware, antispyware, and so forth) Avast Are you using proxy, vpn, ipfilters or similar software? No Are you using Disk Image tools? (like daemon tools, alcohol 52% or 120%, virtual CloneDrive, roxio software) No Are you currently under/overclocking? Are there overclocking software installed on your system? The results looked terrible so does anyone have an idea what could be going on? Also I couldnt figure out a good way to post results so here they are.
