But when the pc or drive is shutting down by itself after 20min i.e. then monitor is going to sleep mode and is not waking up or turning on by itself. I had tested this situation and that was the result.

Expand human interface devices, mice and keyboards: check if there is an older HID not needed. Or try to substitute mouse and keyboard. You can also post a screenshot of them (someone else could see a problematic device, based on his experience).
