I didn't mean benchmark, but test your HDD for bad sectors using Seatools for DOS or HD Tune for starters to see what SMART attributes on your Western Digital HDD say.

Try to install this (only after you've done a backup of your important files, a system image and a new restore point):

Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) Version: 15.8.1.1007 (Latest) Date: 9/12/2017 (click).

Remove intel extreme tuning, msi afterburner, (corsairlink if you didn't already uninstall it).
Download the latest version of the nVidia GeForce driver and extract it in a new folder.
    Remove NVidia software and driver.
Open device manager, double-click "display adapters", right-click the adapter and click "update driver".
Select "Browse my computer for driver software. Locate and install driver software manually."
Paste the location of the folder, in which driver files are present, into the search box and ensure that "Include subfolders" is ticked, then click "Next".

Sorry for the late reply, Windows won't let me install the drivers doing like that, it says the "device is already installed with the latest drivers" and then leave it as "Microsoft display adapter"

Try to scan first for hardware changes.
