Can someone please help; I'm not a computer expert and this issue has been bugging me for a long time. Below is my laptop spec and latency report. Thanks all !! - Alienware 15R2 · OS and original OS and OEM - Windows 10 · x64 · Age of system (hardware) less than a year · Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? NO · CPU - i7-6820HK @ 2.7GHz · Video Card - NVidia GeForce GTX 980M

Have you contacted the manufacturer to receive help during the warranty period? When do the latency issues occur, e.g. what activities seem to cause more latency than normal?
