[Win10 x64] Latency Issue; cpu i7-6820HK, video card GeForce GTX 980M

Hi all,

I've been searching the internet for days and I can't seem to fix my latency issue for my computer.

Can someone please help; I'm not a computer expert and this issue has been bugging me for a long time.

Below is my laptop spec and latency report. Thanks all !!

- Alienware 15R2
· OS and original OS and OEM - Windows 10
· x64
· Age of system (hardware) less than a year
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? NO

· CPU - i7-6820HK @ 2.7GHz
· Video Card - NVidia GeForce GTX 980M

• Have you made any hardware changes prior to the problems occurring?
• Have you contacted the manufacturer to receive help during the warranty period?
• When do the latency issues occur, e.g. what activities seem to cause more latency than normal?
