I would suggest not installing it and just staying with Windows Defender which is free and part of Windows 11. There is no need to install these third-party AV programs which usually cause more problems than they're worth.

Download, install and run Malwarebytes and see if it finds anything. Note the Premium version reverts to Malwarebytes Free after the trial period expires.
Beyond that, I agree with sticking with Microsoft Defender (formally Windows Defender).
