[SOLVED] yet another KB4471318 failed install

Hi,

First time poster. I have a Windows 7 x64 laptop which has failed to install the last few months Microsoft Security Quality Rollup. The latest is KB4471318.

SFC /scannow returns to errors.
SFCFix result is

Not using a script file.

That's odd. The zip is 137MB - plenty small enough for my 1TB OneDrive quota. Anyway, here is is again in Dropbox

Please uninstall PDQ software and retry updates.

It worked! Wow. How did you discover that PDQ was causing it to fail?

I have the PDQ agent rolled out to many computers so now need to go check those to see if they are also failing to update.
