[SOLVED] yet another KB4471318 failed install

Hi,

First time poster. I have a Windows 7 x64 laptop which has failed to install the last few months Microsoft Security Quality Rollup. The latest is KB4471318.

SFC /scannow returns to errors.
SFCFix result is

Not using a script file.

It worked! Wow. How did you discover that PDQ was causing it to fail?

I have the PDQ agent rolled out to many computers so now need to go check those to see if they are also failing to update.
