Yet another 800B0100 error installing Windows 7 SP1 (32-bit)

Rebuilding an older laptop for my niece, with Windows 7 Pro 32-bit, I'm stuck getting Windows Update to install SP1 (other updates installed OK). SURT didn't do it for me, it's complaining about CSI missing deployment keys (only two, but it appears to be two too many).

Any help would be much appreciated -- thanks!
