Hello everyone. My pc is not smooth while gaming and feels so choppy. While playing Cs go when I see enemy or shoot game freezes for a 0.5 seconds. So I need to find what causes it. Before testing with I wanted to test wifi and sound drivers. When i disable them and when i am playing with bots there is no freezing. But choppy gameplay happens in every game. I started to use xperf today and wrote xperf- on DiagEasy command then xperf -d trace.etl for getting results. I dont know did I do true or not for checking driver-hardware issues. Can someone help me for using it and analyzing reports ? I have one report now but I dont know its the true for analyze. Thanks in advance

Why this happened ?

Is it about Windows Management Instrumentation service ? Yeah i fixed the bsod thing with enabling this service back but speccy is getting informations but still giving same error.

I can save speccy information as a file on desktop can I archive it and send on google drive ?

The (installed) wireless driver version seems to be 22.180.10.1
The latest on intel seems to be 22.210.0.3
Try to download and install the latest wireless driver.

There's also a new nvidia (mobile) driver: 531.68

You could try to reinstall the audio driver from Abra A5 V16.6 Sürücü Sayfası

I wasn't able to find if there's a new bios for your laptop.

I couldnt find too.

Did you also try the cs go beta files?

Try these cleanup routines:

  • In the command prompt (admin), type (copy/paste): cleanmgr /sageset:1
A cleanmgr window will be presented, in which you can choose the items to be deleted. I'd select them all...
To start the cleanup, you need to launch this other command: cleanmgr /sagerun:1
And the cleanup will start: wait until it finishes.
  • In the command prompt (admin), type (copy/paste): Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
If the result is No component store corruption detected, then launch this other command: dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase
  • Download and install iobit driver booster free.
Open it, click tools, click Clean invalid device data, scan, clean, close.
Use only this function of it.
  • In the command prompt (admin), type (copy/paste): chkdsk c: /scan /perf
    Wait until it finishes.
If Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems, post the result:
    Read More:
    Otherwise, post everything.

I tried all betas but I cant play online with them so its doesnt looks like a fix for me.

I cleaned invalid device datas too.

Should I format my pc for a better start ?

The dism command wrote the component store is repairable.
Let's try to repair it (always from command propt - admin): Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /restorehealth
Post its result.
After that one completes: SFC /scannow
Post its result.
