x BLUEROBOT need help ...Defender feature won't install..assembly not found

[SOLVED] - Install Windows Defender on Server 2016

x BLUEROBOT....or anyone that knows what he is doing here. Can you explain how to create the FIXLIST.txt from the SEARCHREG.txt file? I feel comfortable with the steps provided in the link but tryin got understand how he took the searchreg and created the fix? assume it could be done with powershell but not sure if the Farbar tool provides an easier way.
