wuapp.exe the version of this file is incompatible with windows version

HI
i bought a new custom mounted computer two months ago .....everything seemed to be fine till i installed visual studio community 2015
which during installation needed to install kb2882822 but it fails and says cannot connect to servers
i googled it and the solution was to manual install
but when i tried to open windows updater .......
THIS MESSAGE SHOWS UP

I runned SFC /SCANNOW ....and it says [FONT=&quot]Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them !
then i runned SFCFIX.exe
and here are the outputs

I'm running on Windows 7 sp1 x64 bits [not sure if genuine or not ]
