Hi,
My Windows 10 pro desktop failed to install kb5039211 cumulative update with error code 0x8007371b.
Things I've tried:

sfc /scannow
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
The component store is repairable.
The operation completed successfully.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
No component store corruption detected.
The operation completed successfully.

Found some `STATUS_SXS_TRANSACTION_CLOSURE_INCOMPLETE` errors in cbs.log but don't know how to solve it, I'm not tech savvy sorry.
Have attached the CBS, SFCFix, and ComponentsScanner log below.

Much appreciated if anyone can help me solve this, thanks.

Following the instructions in the link Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions
After reboot from failed update, I ran dism

C:\Windows\system32>DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:G:\sources\install.esd
(Have to use local source since the my PC is firewalled in my work env)
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.19041.3636

Image Version: 10.0.19045.4291

[==========================100.0%==========================] The restore operation completed successfully.
The operation completed successfully.

After that I rebooted again then ran sfc

C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Then I ran ComponentsScanner.

Reattached the updated log files.
