[SOLVED] WS2016 DISM error 1734 the array bounds are invalid

Hi,
Please have a look at the attached cbs.log file.
Can not run Windows Update and the start button does not work.
Get the above error when running dism.

This worked for the updates.
However start menu still not opening.
Event id 1000 and 1001

Could you please post a screenshot of the following window. Settings > Personalization > Start.
 
Can not get to settings>personallization>start
Left click and right click do not open the start menu.
Tried with a different profile but with the same result.

Please try to open the settings screen by pressing WIN + R and the run this command ms-settings:.
 
Please run the System File Checker first and let me know the result.

Ran sfc /scannow.
Server rebooted as site has alot of power failures.
Look at this it is working!!

Glad the start menu is working after the reboot the server.
