c:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS was in-use even after server restart, so I used FRST to copy that. Don't know for sure it is a right way or not, but file size looks like true. But I can't use any cloud storage. I can attach it split i 2 archive parts (by 7zip)

Now command DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:F:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess is executing more then 12 hours. I think it is stuck.

Remove Update Manually
1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
