WS 2008 R2 KB4499164 not updating and more

I need your help with that: I can't update the package KB4499164 it shows that error:



The error code don't say anything.

SFC /scannow says all its ok but SFCfix says:

SURT total detected corruption count: 259

I've attached CheckSur.log

Hi again guys, I fixed my admin manager that was broken since this update was released by I still have a los of "Missing CSI Winning Component Keys". Can anyone help me with that?

There are a lot of keys missing and fixing this would take months very likely. Are you able and willing to invest that kind of time into fixing this?
