[SOLVED] Would Love Help with SFC/Scan Now and Sluggish PC

Hello all-

Thanks for taking the time to help. I have a fairly new PC that I use mostly for Video Processing and Internet. It has been running so great for months and all of a sudden, the past three days, it is lagging. My mouse will even lag across the screen. I also saw in Task Manager that I had a high physical memory percentage which I know isn't bad but after reset of the computer, it will start low and build up for no reason that I can tell. I ran a sfc /scannow and get the message that errors have been found but could not be repaired. Here are the PC details

AMD FX 8320E 8 Core 3.2 GHZ
16.0 GB
64 Bit
Windows 8.1
